Quest Synergistic Iron 15mg of elemental iron as an amino acid chelate for maximum bioavailability and to avoid "iron constipation". Contains vitamin C, to aid the absorption of dietary iron, and key B-vitamins involved in energy generation and red blood cell metabolism.
