Chromium is a naturally-occurring mineral that works to help increase the efficiency of body insulin to optimal levels. It is ideal to help reduce sweet cravings and hunger pangs. CoQ10 helps keep the production of energy and the body’s metabolism at a healthy level. Carnitine, Ornithine and Creatine work together to help metabolise body fat, convert fat to lean muscle, and release energy. The active ingredient in Green tea makes it an excellent antioxidant which is believed to be useful in maintaining healthy blood sugar levels and a healthy body mass. 

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) capsules help improve the way the body stores and utilises energy, thereby regulating and helping reduce body fat percentages. CLA is a fatty acid which helps prevent the body from storing fat by inhibiting the body’s fat storing mechanism. This not only may help to reduce weight gain through diffusing fat, but it also helps promote the growth of leaner, purer muscle mass when combined with exercise and a healthy diet.

Each Bodylean tablet contains 200µg Chromium, 15mg CoQ10, 100mg Green Tea polyphenols, 125mg L-Ornithine, 125mg L-Carnitine and 125mg Creatine. The tablets also contain Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Natural Colour Coating : (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide, Copper Chlorophyllin, Veg.Glycerine), Silicon Dioxide, Veg.Stearic Acid and Veg.Magnesium Stearate. 

Each CLA capsule contains 1000mg Conjugated Linolenic Acid oil (derived from sunflower and safflower oil) which provides 800mg free CLA. The capsules also contain: Gelatine, Glycerol, Purified Water, Natural Colour (Caramel) and Titanium Dioxide 

Bodylean CLA Plus Tablets/Capsules are free from yeast, gluten, wheat, soya, dairy, sugar, salt. Bodylean CLA Plus tablets/capsules are also free from artificial colours, preservatives and flavourings 

Directions: Bodylean ® CLA Plus has been designed to assist those on weight management programs. It is the ideal supplement to be taken when consuming a diet with moderate amounts of sugars and fat. The optimum time to take Bodylean ® CLA Plus is on a daily basis, and in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise. 

Recommended Daily Intake: Adults and children over 16 years of age, one capsule and one tablet three times a day with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person
