Rosehip 10,000mg Providing 250mg of Vitamin C. Rosehip has been prized by herbalists for centuries. Our product is one of the UK's strongest, with 500mg of standardised rosehip extract per tablet, from 10,000mg of dried rosehips, which is a level that is consistent with published studies of note. We achieve this by careful sourcing of the finest grade raw material. Rosehips are a naturally rich source of vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal function of cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels, as well as the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin D3 1000iu In the absorbable D3 form. Our bodies obtain vitamin D (which, strictly speaking is a steroid hormone) from two sources, our diet and from the action of sunlight on our skin which drives the natural production within the body. If we all had plenty of sun then we would have plenty of vitamin D, but in reality we do need to obtain some from our diet, particularly during the winter months and particularly in the elderly as the body's ability to manufacture vitamin D declines with age. Indeed as many as 60 percent of the UK population is vitamin D deficient and low levels have been linked to serious health problems in later life.
