Aromatherapy uses:

For an exotic and sensual night: Add 6 drops of patchouli essential oil to your air diffuser or alternatively, add 3 drops along with 6 drops of < ahref="http://apivita.com/aromatherapy/essential-oils/sandalwood.html">sandalwood and 6 drops of rose essential oil.

For stress, nervousness and depression: Add 6 drops of patchouli essential oil in the bath.

Facial oil for wrinkles, relaxation and dull skin: Add 15 drops of patchouli essential oil to 50ml of rosehip or jojoba oil or alternatively 8 drops along with 15 drops of neroli essential oil and apply mixture to the face.

For dry, damaged skin – ideal for dry heels and ankles: Add 25 drops of patchouli essential oil to 50ml of calendula oil and apply to areas that are in need of treatment.

For water retention as well as to reduce flushes during menopause: Add 35 drops of patchouli essential oil to 100ml of almond oil or alternatively 20 drops along with 15 drops of geranium essential oil and massage the body

Safety instructions:

Avoid eye contact. Rinse thoroughly should the essential oils reach the eye area.

Do not eat unless advised by doctor, pharmacist or trained aromatherapist.

Do not use undiluted on skin.

Test for allergic reactions.

When using citrus essential oils, avoid the sun or solarium for 12 hours.

When pregnant or during lactation, consult your doctor before using any essential oil.
