General Description :

Quest Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg contains a guaranteed 100mg GLA (10%) in each capsule. A dose of 3-4g of EPO is suggested to support women's health and skin condition.

Quest Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of essential omega 6 fatty acids, which are precursors of chemical messengers involved in the regulation of the immune and inflammatory response. A 3000mg daily intake of Evening Primrose Oil has been found to promote menstrual health. Evening Primrose Oil may also benefit skin health.
