Acidophilus Extra 4 In the Lamberts, a composition without addition of milk, containing 4 billion friendly bacteria per capsule (at time Friday). While Acidophilus is stable at room temperature to ensure maximum potency, store it in the refrigerator. Also, each package contains special coating which prevents moisture, which is known to contribute to the deterioration of the viability of the bacteria. Bacteria contained Acidophilus Extra 4 is dried at high temperatures and is surrounded by an acid-fast cover polysaccharide, protecting from acidic ph of the stomach.
