Whilst most manufacturers use sugar in their chewable formulas, we have used a special type of sweet tasting soluble fibre called fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). This natural material is extracted from chicory root and has the benefit of not causing tooth decay. Furthermore FOS may enhance the absorption of calcium.
Each chewable tablet provides a full 400mg of calcium, 2.5µg of vitamin D and 1000mg of FOS.

Vitamin C is necessary for a healthy immune system, healthy bones, teeth and gums and also helps to maintain normal levels of blood lipids and cholesterol levels. Our daily requirement for Vitamin C is greater than any other water-soluble vitamin . Ideally, vitamin C needs to be taken in small amounts throughout the day and night because it is quickly eliminated from the body. .
